Information night about Autism
Join us for an Information night about Autism with highly qualified and experienced speakers.
We are excited to present the panel for this evening;
· Dr Caroline Mills, Senior Lecturer and Occupational Therapist, Western Sydney University
· Ayla Herskind, Behavioural Counsellor, Sensory Minds
· Mette Haulrik, Occupational Therapist
We ask questions such as:
- What is Autism?
- What causes Autism?
- What is the best support we can offer to Autistic people?
- How do we best adapt our sociality for people with Autism?
- How do professional Occupational Therapist and Counsellors work with Autistic people, their family and network?
- What is the latest research telling us?
The evening will be a combination of speakers, presentations, interactive demonstration, panel discussions and question time. The talk will be in English.
