Redcurrant Jelly, used to finish Christmas gravy, but a spoonful enhances any meat casserole or sauce. Can also be added to a ham glaze.
In Demark it is traditionally served as a condiment with red meats, such as venison and lamb and used to finish any gravy served with red meats.
